Saturday Showrooming

The day before my trip to Hollywood for Vanity Fair Agenda, I made my way to the showroom of Los Angeles-bred designer Adolfo Sanchez to find some Oscar-worthy accessories.

Wearing a Gents hat, oversized white button up from Owen NYC, Jeffrey Campbell wedge-sneaks, denim by James Jeans and Saynt’s Faconnable jacket, I wanted to portray a bit more of a girl about town, but not really trying vibe, as I knew I’d be making my way through the Garment District on a Saturday, which means, you’re in a ghost town, in the middle of NYC.

At the showroom, I fell for an Adolfo Sanchez neck collar [which made it into my announcement post, paired with a Calvin Klein collection dress]. I also started a serious relationship with a pair of Union Jack shoes by Esarsi, a mother-daughter led luxe line which hit the runway at Adolfo’s show. The shoes haven’t called in a few days but I’m sure it’s getting serious.

After, we found ourselves at Pie Face, an Australian import that specializes in making your feel absolutely horrible for eating cute, delicious things with faces on them… I ate three.
