Five Minutes With Jade Williams New!

Jade Williams, otherwise known as Sunday Girl, is a regular on the London party scene - hence her apt appearance as part of Pepe Jeans London's exclusive 'online' party this season. We caught up with the busy artiste to talk about the important things: dancing in heels, street style, and what's on her iPod...

Was the Pepe Afterparty as much fun as it looks?
Yeah, it was loads of fun. I met some really cool people - and, of course, I got to dance around like mad.

What do you think is so great about the London party scene?
I love that whatever night of the week it is, you can find a good party to go to.

What's your idea of a really great night out?
Getting dressed up. Being with fun friends. Dancing to bad music.

What's your failsafe party outfit?
Anything black that involves a lot of leg! Oh, and slick hair. And big eyebrows.

Heels or flats?
If you're partying, it has to be heels.

Which songs do you always listen to while you're getting ready for a big night?
Anything from my club night OOH LA LAs playlist. 90s hip hop and R'n'B!

Party-time aside, how would you describe your style?
Tailored; classic with a twist; dark; Parisian; masculine.

Has the way you dress changed since you've been in the public eye?
I think it's become a bit more refined and polished. I'm still pretty scruffy day to day, but it's nice to get dressed up.

What is it that you think sets the London fashion scene apart from the rest of the world?
I think we're really playful and creative. You only need to walk down the street to be inspired by people.

Do you have any burning fashion ambitions?
It's a secret!
