It's one of the big tickets every season at London Fashion Week, and Burberry's spring/summer 2013 show was no exception, not least for all the celeb-spotting opportunities, with a front row that ranged from Dita Von Teese and Olivia Palermo to Dev Patel and Mario Testino. Plus, the teen romance rumour mill was going into overdrive when One Direction's Harry Styles was seen planting a kiss on model Cara Delevigne after she walked for the brand...
But it was what was going down on the catwalk that really caught our attention (of course), as Creative Director Christopher Bailey churned out another lust-worthy Prorsum collection, which was live-streamed from the brand's new hu-uge flagship store on London's Regent Street and its website. We're talking seriously bold rainbow shades and luxurious jewel colours, ombre dye effects, capes for every occasion and voluminous sleeves and shoulders. The accessories - skinny silver wedges and multi-coloured PVC bags - were dreamy as ever, and of course, no Burberry show would be complete without a healthy helping of its signature trench coats, this time in a colour-wheel of cool metallics.
