Bicester Village (Oxfordshire, UK) is a shopaholic’s dream, as it hosts some of the most famous high-end brands, (including Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, Aquascutum, Gucci, Dior, Prada) at up to a 60 percent discout.
This, however, is not Bicester’s most exciting feature at the moment: a few weeks ago, the village saw the birth of the first “British Designers’ Collective” pop-up boutique. Showcasing a cool mix of contemporary menswear designers in view of the launch of the new fashion week, “London collections: Men”, the boutique highlights the growing importance of men’s fashion, and aims to support those making a living out of it. Designers include B Store, E.Tautz, James Long, Jonathan Saunders, Lou Dalton, Margaret Howell,Oliver Spencer, Richard James, YMCand many more!
The store itself is a work of art, a mixture of classic English heritage juxtaposed with the irreverent wit and style of contemporary British fashion. It also offers the usual 60 percent discount, as well as a quality of service un-matched anywhere in the world.
I would strongly recommend a trip there during a week-day, as the village becomes over-bearingly crowded during weekends and bank hollidays.
